Please remember that Bowling Green is Central Time (CT) We ask all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony time of 6 pm.

As we finalize our guest list, we have decided to have young adults & adults only at our wedding. We realize this may impact your plans and we want to make sure you have plenty of time to arrange for childcare. We hope that you will still be able to join us for this special day, and we look forward to celebrating with you. Thank you for understanding!

Of course, we will have beer, wine and a small selection of liquor available for all. Please drink & dance the night away!

There is plenty of parking available at Lost River Cave. Event staff will also provide golf cart shuttle from parking lot to ceremony/reception area.

Our wedding will be outdoors. Ceremony is held before cave entrance next to water source. Cocktail hour & Reception will be held in the cave. While July is hot in KY, the cave stays around 65° and creates its own breeze. Restrooms are an indoor structure with AC.

If your guest name is listed on your invite or you have a plus one option listed when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with close friends & family.

We will have light apps for our cocktail hour. Our dinner will be served buffet style with chicken & beef options. Late night snacks will also be available.
